Sleeping Patterns of Highly Successful People

Is lack of sleep really more business productive?

Work more, sleep less seems to be the mantra for many successful business people who claim they barely need any sleep to get through their busy working schedules. High profile successful leaders such as Margaret Thatcher and Thomas Edison also claimed they hardly needed any sleep.

Donald Trump has also claimed ‘how can someone that’s slept 12-14 hours compete with someone that’s slept 3-4 hours?’ . The list of late night high flyers is lengthy. Fashion designer Tom Ford and Yahoo CEO Marissa Meyer are also said to sustain themselves on around 4 hours sleep.
